A new AED (Automated External Defibrillator) has been installed on City Hall next to the front door. Users will need to call 911 for access code when needed.

Notice to residents of North English: Per the City of North English Code of Ordinances, Chapter 52, Mowing of Properties and Chapter 135, Street Use and Maintenance. Please note the following:

52.03 Mowing of Properties. Any property within the City, whether vacated or non-vacated, is required to be mowed any time the vegetation reaches a height of more than eight (8) inches, unless excepted pursuant to Section 52.04 of this chapter.

Notice of Public Hearing for FY25 Proposed Property Tax Levy. Public Hearing will be held on April 3rd, 2024 at 6:30 pm at City Hall.

Snow Reminders:

When there is a snow event, please move vehicles off the streets to allow snow plows to safely clean the roads (see section 69.11 of the city code).

It is unlawful to throw, push, or place snow onto the traveled way of a street or alley… (see section 135.12 of the city code).

Ice skating is not allowed on the city pond.

Due to Thanksgiving, North English trash and recycling will be collected on Saturday, November 25th.
